I am one of the players of Taiwan Hong Kong & Macau server.
I am sending you this email because I discovered there are many cheaters among the server right now. The main problem is the cheaters gather/PVE 24hours by external script.

After investigation, these are some sources to prove where it sells the external script:
3. Personal writer selling external scripts.

The external script is very powerful, as it functions as below:
1. 24hours AI auto PVE/gathering/cooking/alchemy
2. Custom services
3. Undetectable and banned, even used 2 years

The problem of external scripts and cheaters is getting worse. It is even sold to other servers, not Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau servers only.
May this email help to solve the problem, as well as to protect the gaming environment in time and take precautions in the future.
